This Privacy Policy explains how ReViVe Aesthetics & Healthcare (“ReViVe,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through this website, reviverockwall.com. It covers the website only. Information you share as a patient during your care is part of your medical record and is handled under the privacy practices that apply to it, not this policy.
Information we collect
- Messages you send us. The contact form on our home page opens your own email app and sends a message to info@we-revive.com with the name, email address, phone number, and notes you choose to enter. Only your email address is required. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share.
- Online booking. “Book Now” buttons take you to our scheduling system, AestheticsPro (myaestheticspro.com). Information you enter there is collected on that platform for your appointment and is also subject to AestheticsPro’s own privacy policy.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services, processes standard request data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request so the site can be delivered and kept secure.
- Fonts. Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies.
- Map. The Google map on our contact page loads only if you choose “Show Map.” Once loaded, Google receives your IP address and may set cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies on this website. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Please do not send medical details through the website form or by email. Email is not a secure channel for health information. Share health information with your provider at your consultation or by phone.

We keep information you send through this website only as long as we need it for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.

Because this website does not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising, there is currently nothing for a Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. If that ever changes, we will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request.

Children
