Women-owned and operated, our Rockwall medical spa was founded in 2018 to provide high-quality medical-grade spa and wellness services to our community. Since then, we have continued to grow and expand our offerings, but our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction remains unchanged. Windy Busher is the Founder and CEO of ReViVe Aesthetics & Healthcare and a Certified Master Nurse Injector with nursing licenses in both California and Texas. She holds a Master Injector certification and endorsement from the Allergan Institute of Aesthetic Medicine, reflecting her commitment to advanced training and patient safety.
Windy began her nursing career in acute care and emergency medicine, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a calm, patient-centered approach. Her passion for wellness and aesthetics led her to train alongside top plastic surgeons and regenerative medicine specialists in Los Angeles and Orange County, refining her eye for natural, balanced results.
After relocating to Texas, Windy continued her advanced education at the National Laser Institute in Dallas, earning certifications in Botox®, dermal fillers, microneedling, and PRP therapies. In 2018, she founded what has since grown into ReViVe Aesthetics & Healthcare — now a multi-award-winning practice recognized for excellence in aesthetic medicine.

Windy's nursing career began in acute and emergency care before she moved into aesthetics, training alongside respected plastic surgeons and regenerative medicine specialists in Los Angeles and Orange County. After relocating to Texas, she pursued advanced injector education in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, microneedling, and PRP, earning Master Injector certification along the way. Her approach centers on facial balance and individualized planning that enhances each patient's natural features rather than changing them. What began as Bayside Aesthetics in 2018 has since grown into ReViVe, with Windy also recognized as a Leading Woman in Rockwall and active on the Rockwall Chamber and Professional Women's Alliance boards.

Medical Director
Dr. King trained at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston and spent a decade practicing medicine in Oklahoma City, including treating victims of the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing. That experience led him to law school, and he went on to build a 22-year career in the Texas Bar focused on healthcare litigation. He brings that combined medical and legal perspective to ReViVe's clinical oversight, helping ensure every patient's experience meets both a clinical and ethical standard.

Certified Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician
Harley's interest in aesthetics took root long before it became her career, and it has only deepened since. As a Certified Medical Aesthetician and Laser Technician, she gets to know each client individually and builds treatment plans around their specific skin goals. For Harley, the work goes beyond skincare — it's about helping people feel confident and cared for, and she considers it a privilege to be part of that journey for every client she sees.

Registered Nurse & Aesthetic Injector
Margarita's clinical foundation comes from nearly three years of nursing, including time in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and as a fertility nurse injector — roles that sharpened her attention to detail and her commitment to earning each patient's trust. She's currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, deepening her approach to aesthetics through a broader view of health and wellness. In practice, she starts by listening, then builds a plan around results that complement a patient's features rather than change them.

Raised in a small Oklahoma town, Brianna's path into nursing was shaped by her faith and a genuine desire to care for others. As one of the newer nurses on the team, she's committed to hands-on training and continued education under ReViVe's experienced providers, approaching every patient with compassion and attention to detail. She sees aesthetics as an extension of that care — never about changing who someone is, but about helping them feel welcomed, informed, and confident in their own skin.
